This reel is more suited to lighter duty deep
sea work but is still capable of returning very good catches
of snapper, etc. With a 12" diameter (300mm) spool,
single winding handle and a single multiplate clutch, it
makes an economical reel for the amateur deep sea
fisherman and charter boat operator.

Specially designed to provide charter boats
and occasional deep sea fisherman with a low cost simple,
reliable unit. 12" (300mm) spool with direct wind action
gives adequate power and recovery rate for most occasions.
A large leather washer and wing nut gives smooth drag pressure
if required.

The following reels come standard
with spigot for mounting. Spigot is 3/4" (22.4mm) in diameter
and 5 1/2" (137mm) long, it will suit all mounts shown below.

A 12V DC motor drawing 10-12 amps unloaded
and 15-20 amps loaded gives as much power as maximum manual
wind on a standard Reef Master. This reel continues to work
through the day or night without the effects of fatigue
suffered by poor humans.

(285mm) spool more suited to shallower water. Smooth double
multiplate clutches and a single winding handle make an
ideal reel for the serious amateur or professional.

With a 14" diameter (355mm) spool, this
reel is an ideal general purpose reel for medium to deep
water. Double winding handles also give this reel a very
powerful and fast recovery rate. It has the same smooth
double multiplate clutches as the Reef King.
